Paneline®

Paneline® is a 6.4mm sheathing board, developed as an internal lining for closed panel, timber frame construction. It is a cost effective solution, where the designer wishes to take advantage of the benefits of a service zone within the timber frame wall.

Once installed as the internal lining, you can by fixing timber battens to the face of the Paneline®, create a service zone. There is no need to then break back into the insulation, assisting both your structure's thermal and airtightness performance.

Paneline® will also contribute to the overall racking performance of your structure and, if combined with Sasmox as the finished internal lining, provides an extremely robust solution.

Manufactured from wood chips and forest thinnings, Paneline® utilises the unique Masonite defibration system to combine: low formaldehyde emissions in use and low embodied energy in manufacture.
